Schneider ensures shipping of products sold through its website within a maximum of 7days. We make sure that all products that reach your house are functional and have no defects.

Return & Replacement

All the products sold through Schneider eShop are usually delivered in person by our aligned partners near your house. Hence, there is no risk of product damage and any operational issues. For any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please return it at the time of delivery. Your amount will be refunded back to your bank account within 2-3 working days.

Warranty

A service engineer will visit your house and provide service free of cost. If any part needs to be replaced, the same would be replaced free of cost. Warranty of products starts for the date of sale/ date of installation whichever is later.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your orders with below applicable charges-

  • Within 24 hours of placing the order: No penalty.
  • After 24 hours: 10 % of the sale price shall be deducted before the refund of the amount.
