Selection of eCom partners is a sole discretion of Schneider Electric

• This is by invitation based on the Infrastructure, Service  & financial capabilities to invest in the new growth opportunities.
• Partners will be  assigned specific geography coverage / Territory.
• Partners will be trained by SEI on the eShop functionalities and its modus operandi.
• SEI will not have exclusivity agreements with any partner.
• SEI will follow the segmentation approach to service different product offers through multiple channels.
