Schneider ensures delivery of products sold through its website can be delivered to you at 1-2 business days but sometimes may require 3 business days for specific product arrangements.

Minimum HK$500 per transaction for free delivery. Any transaction less than HK$500, a HK$100 delivery services charge will be applied.

The delivery service is available Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00, excluding public holidays. 

All transactions and order deliveries of this eShop are within HKSAR and Macau, with coverage limited to the following areas, 

Delivery Areas:
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and New Territories.
If there is no parking available or if the delivery location does not have a suitable elevator and requires stair access, the delivery will be handed over downstairs.

Non-Delivery Areas:
Islands District and areas that require a permit or restricted zone pass.

How to input Hong Kong & Macau postcode at website?

If it is required to input Postal Code of Hong Kong at website(s), you may fill in with "999077" for Hong Kong and "999078" for Macau.
