Goods Return

Quality Return
Customers may contact Schneider Customer Care Centre for goods return if the products require return for inspection due to failure. If the products are within the warranty period and Schneider Electric is responsible for this, we will provide customers with repair or replacement free of charge.
Logistics Return
Customers should inspect the models and quantities of the products carefully at delivery before signing the delivery note(s). In case of product errors, quantity mismatch or packaging damages, the customers should mark the problems on the goods receipt and refuse to receive the goods, and inform the Customer Care Centre within one week. The customers should return the goods together with the original packaging. Goods of high value should be unboxed and inspected as soon as possible before the expiry of compensation within 7 days. If the logistics return is accepted (the products are not yet used), we will replace the correct models and quantities of the products for the customers as soon as possible.
