Description

This product is part of the XC Special range, an offer of limit switches. The limit switch is a device that converts a mechanical motion into an electrical control signal. It has 2 x (2 normally closed), slow-break, staggered contacts with positive opening operation. It is a safety switch with a rated operational current of 3A at 240V, 0.55A at 125V and a conventional enclosed thermal current of 10A. It is furnished with screw clamp terminals for electrical connection. It is an IP66 and IK07 rated product. It offers long mechanical life with a mechanical durability of about 2 million operating cycles. This rotary head limit switch has a fixed type body which is made of Zamak. Its dimensions are 200mm (width) x 59mm (depth) x 118mm (height) and weighs 0.55kg. It is suitable for hoisting handling, mining minerals metals and all others strong environmental constraints (foundry, welding automotive industries) applications etc. This product is certified by UL, CSA, CE and CCC. It complies with UL 508, EN/IEC 60947-5-1 and CSA C22.2 No 14 standards. Complete unit with 3 cable entries and positive opening contacts, one per position. This special limit switch is dedicated to severe environments and heavy duty service.
