Description

  • The XS range is an offer of inductive proximity sensors for the detection of metal objects up to 60mm without physical contact.
  • The oscillator produces an alternating electromagnetic field that exits the detection area of the sensor.
  • Any metallic object penetrating this field is then detected.
  • This general purpose threaded cylindrical (M18) inductive proximity sensor is made of metal and it is flush mountable.
  • Its nominal sensing distance is 8mm, it supports 1 normally closed PNP discrete output and it has a switching frequency of 1000Hz.
  • It works in a temperature range of -25°C and +70°C, it is dustproof, waterproof (IP67), and withstands high pressure and steam cleaning (IP69K).
  • It is made of metal.
  • It measures 73.2mm (length) x 18mm (diameter) and weighs 0.04kg.
  • IP65, IP67 and IP69K protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments.
