Description
- The XS range is an offer of inductive proximity sensors for the detection of metal objects up to 60mm without physical contact.
- The oscillator produces an alternating electromagnetic field that exits the detection area of the sensor.
- Any metallic object penetrating this field is then detected.
- This general purpose threaded cylindrical (M12) inductive proximity sensor is made of metal and it is flush mountable.
- Its nominal sensing distance is 2mm, it supports 1 normally open PNP discrete output and it has a switching frequency of 5000Hz.
- It works in a temperature range of -25°C and +70°C, it is dustproof, waterproof (IP67), and withstands high pressure and steam cleaning (IP69K).
- It is made of metal.
- It measures 35mm (length) x 12mm (diameter) and weighs 0.035kg.
- IP65, IP68 and IP69K protection makes this product ready for the harshest environments.
