Return & Replacement
All the products sold through Schneider Web Shop are delivered by our trusted partners. Hence, ideally, there is no risk of product damage or operational issues. For any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase order or return the product, please initiate a request for return through an email to Cccsupport.pakistan@se.com and ksa.ccc@se.com.

If you face any kind of inconvenience with Schneider products, simply email us at Cccsupport.pakistan@se.com and ksa.ccc@se.com. We will resolve all your issues. The support will be provided as per the services clauses.
Warranty
If you face any technical glitch during the warranty period (as per the standard warranty offered—please refer to the document), please email us at Cccsupport.pakistan@se.com, ksa.ccc@se.com to log a complaint. Warranty of products starts from the date of invoice.
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your orders with the below applicable charges:
- Before product is dispatched: No penalty.
- Once product is dispatched: Product shall be accepted for return only if the return request is sent to Schneider Customer Care Center in writing within 2 working weeks from the invoice date.
- Product must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
- After product dispatch: 10% of the sale price shall be deducted before the refund of the amount.
