At eShoP, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. To achieve this, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Seller Rating and Review System.

Why Seller Rating and Review Mechanism?

Incentivize Active Sellers: By implementing a comprehensive rating system, we aim to recognize and reward our most engaged and reliable sellers. This will encourage more sellers to actively participate and fulfill orders on our platform.

Reduce Order Rerouting: The new system will help us identify and address issues that lead to order rerouting, ensuring a smoother and more efficient order fulfillment process.

Enhance Seller Accountability: With clear performance metrics and feedback mechanisms, sellers will be held more accountable for their order fulfillment process, leading to improved customer satisfaction.

Key Parameters and Weightage

The Seller Rating and Review System will consider the following parameters, each with a specific weightage:

Orders Fulfilled (COD & Prepaid) (20% Weightage)

  • -% of eShop orders fulfilled by the seller

Prepaid orders Fulfilled without Rerouting (20% Weightage)

  • % of Prepaid orders fulfilled without rerouting

Customer Rating Scale (15% Weightage)

  • Customer feedback in the products page

Average SLA Closure (15% Weightage)

  • Closing the orders within SLA

Supportive Seller in Taking Rerouted Orders (15% Weightage)

  • Sellers that are taking more no of rerouted orders

Marketplace Participation (15% Weightage)

  • Proactively informing about stock issues 
  • Issues in delivery is communicated to CCC team 
  • SLA breech due to unavoidable situation 
  • Fulfilling Organic COD orders 
  • Taking up MTO order 

Frequency of Rating Updates

The seller ratings will be reviewed and updated every 3 months, ensuring that the system accurately reflects the current performance of our sellers.
