Description
MasterPacT MTZ circuit breaker with Micrologic Active is the last generation of high current air circuit breakers. This MasterPacT MTZ2 32H1 is a 4 poles circuit breaker in fixed version. The rated current is 3200A. The breaking capacity (Icu) is 66kA rms at 440VAC 50/60Hz. This circuit breaker is equipped with MicroLogic 2.0E Active control unit. MasterPacT MTZ Active combines real-time information and ease of use to enable fast mitigation of outage events. MasterPacT MTZ Active is designed to achieve new levels of uptime and agility. MicroLogic 2.0E Active is a LI protection type control unit that offers 2 basic protection functions and some advanced protections. Basic protections are long time protection against overloads (L) and instantaneous protection (I) against short-circuits. MicroLogic 2.0E Active measures energy and power, as well as true rms values of currents. Diagnostic features are intended to limit the risk of power interruptions and to power up the installation as quickly as possible after a trip. MicroLogic Active provides alarms and messages to help the user in scheduling both preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as device replacement. MicroLogic Active has an ergonomic HMI with coloured backlight, status LEDs and a friendly navigation interface. MicroLogic 2.0E Active control units incorporate wired communication including Ethernet and Modbus SL. MicroLogic Active is equipped with NFC connectivity which provides remote access via a smartphone and the EcoStruxure Power Device application. This circuit breaker is equipped with horizontal power connections on top and bottom. This circuit breaker is manually operated. The dimensions are 537mm (W) x 352mm (H) x 300mm (D), the weight is approximately 65kg. MasterPacT MTZ Active is compliant with international standards IEC 60947-1 and IEC 60947-2. MasterPacT MTZ Active circuit breakers are part of the Active Panel solution made possible by Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure Power architecture.
