Scope of Basic Installation Service

• Online consultant services by dedicated personnel
• Install and terminate electrical cable from isolator to EV Charger by certified electrician
• Upon completion of installation and testing, the Work Completion Certificate (EMSD Form WR1) will be issued according to the actual scope of on-site installation work.
• Supply and install 2M (6mm) electrical cables from isolator switch to EV Charger (Isolator switch to be provided by the end-user)
• Supply and install RCBO Type A assuring safety and protection (Valued at $790)
• Provide service to apply for independent electricity account (Surcharge $1,000 per EV Charger(EHSS). For the service under non-EHSS, please contact our Customer Care Center for detail.
• Under normal circumstances, on-site installation service will be arranged within 2-3 weeks upon request (get prior consent for installation works from Property Management Office initiated by the end-user). With extreme climate conditions, the installation arrangement may be prolonged and re-scheduled. The installation service should be arranged and completed within 6 months after the date of sales invoice.

• Scope of service that is outside of the scope may incur additional charges, the cost will be determined upon site survey conducted by authorized electrician
• Network connection is essential for installation and testing purpose as well as real-time charging management by 3-party apps MONTA.
• Appointment re-arrangement: Surcharge $500 in case of no prior notification before 2 working days

  • (2) Discovery Bay, Peng Chau, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Pui O, Chok Ko Wan, Shatoujiao Port of Entry (entered) $300;
