Return & Replacement Policy
All the products sold through Schneider web Shop are delivered by our trusted partners. Hence. In case of a defect or problem in the products or their operation for any reason, there is no problem in changing, replacing or for any reason, if you want to cancel the purchase or return the product, please initiate a request for return through an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your amount (if paid in advance) will be refunded back to your bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
We will resolve all your issues. The support will be provided as per the warranty & services clauses.

Warranty of products starts from the date of invoice.
You can cancel your orders with below applicable charges-
- Before product is dispatched, No penalty.
- Once product is dispatched, product shall be accepted for return only if the return request is sent to Schneider Customer Care Center in writing within 2 working weeks from invoice date.
- Product returned must be in original condition and original packaging.
- After product dispatch: 10 % of the sale price shall be deducted before the refund of the amount.
